As a landowner in our renewable power plant projects, you receive a fixed monthly income from leasing your land. This partnership ensures stable income for the duration of the agreement (typically 40 years) and includes security for payments, and land restoration at the end of the lease period.
Landowner
A Collboration
1.
Lease of Your Land
Landowners receive stable, fixed monthly payments throughout the lease term, with guaranteed provisions for re-establishment when the lease ends.
2.
Purchase of Your Land
In some cases, we may purchase portions of your land—either at your request or if required by authorities.
3.
Co-Investment
Landowners have the opportunity to co-invest in the project on the same terms as St. Jørgen, sharing in its success.
The Local Community Around Your Land
We prioritize open dialogue with neighbors and the local community during the project planning phase. Our goal is to find solutions that align with local needs, creating value and strengthening communities.
For neighbors who wish to relocate, we offer voluntary property purchase agreements. For those who prefer to stay, we provide voluntary compensation agreements to address any inconveniences caused by the project.

A successful partnership
“We have had a really great collaboration with St. Jørgen throughout the entire process – on both large and small matters. They have been excellent at initiating open dialogue and keeping us informed along the way, and it is evident that they take responsibility for the local community and the people in it. The entire process has been characterized by trust and confidentiality, making us feel secure and in good hands every step of the way.”

Landscape-
architecture
Landscape architects collaborate with engineers to design power plants that minimize disruption and preserve the character of the surrounding area. Shelter belts are established around power plants to maintain natural aesthetics and enhance biodiversity.
