The project is set to build 130-150 rental apartments in Runavík and is one of the largest real estate projects in the North Atlantic.
The first 30 apartments are expected ready for occupancy by early 2024 and the remaining apartments will be completed by the end of 2025
Our real estate area is primarily focused on development and investment in real estate in Denmark, Faroe Islands and Greenland, where we currently own around 100 residential units, and with secured land and agreements for new projects in the pipeline.
